Romina, is an activist and the executive director of the Center for Social Advocacy, Tirana, Albania. She joined OSFA as a community activist since 2014. After 4 years engaged intensively at community level, currently she is working and directing the center, which is established on March 2019, which aims to advance Roma legal empowerment in the country. Romina believes that the combination of community activism and litigation is the most effective method of advocacy and community empowerment. She is graduated for Social Science and her aim is to become a strong activist advancing Roma and Egyptian community rights.

Stefan graduated from the Medical Faculty of the Thracian University. Chairman of the Thirst for Life Association. Public health expert with a focus on maternal and child health in the Roma community. Stefan has more than 15 years of experience in managing, monitoring and implementing projects in the field of prevention of socially significant diseases and youth activities.

Marija graduated from the Faculty of Political Science in Podgorica, at the department of Social Policy and Social Work, in 2011. She is currently a postgraduate student in Modern Social Policy and Social Work. She is a human rights activist and a Coordinator of departments within the program of direct assistance.

Marija has ten years of experience in writing, implementing and monitoring projects in the field of social protection system, health care system and system of execution of criminal sanctions. Also, she is providing psychosocial support, individual and group counseling and advocate for the improvement of public policies in the field of social protection, health protection with a special focus on HIV prevention and human rights. She has a licence for performing basic professional work in the field of social and child protection and she is the author/co-author of several acredited training programs within the same field and policy papers focused on probation system and alternative sanctions.
